The Need
It all begins with an idea. We saw a need to connect students with opportunities to volunteer and work towards conserving our future.
The process
Identify.
The first step to everything is identifying a need. We noticed the disconnect between environmental organizations and the youth.
Research.
We compiled a list of multiple local organizations and began reaching out to them, asking if they would be interested in partnering with us.
Connect.
Connections are critical to all aspects of life. Communicating with multiple groups and individuals takes time. Initially, getting responses from cold calls and messages presented a difficulty.
Execute.
Impact is necessary. Our events serve as a way to expose the youth to the environmental issues in our community and abroad. We incorporate a social aspect to our events so that when participating, students will also create lasting memories of their experience.
